• Personality

  Because of the circumstances that she has grown up in, Taryn has developed a deep inability to trust, wary of everyone she meets, which frankly, is hardly anyone at all. She is the type of woman that doesn't need anyone, and is confident just by way of habit. Sassy and snarky, this blue-eyed sorceress is witty, stubborn, independent, and extremely flirty. Though she hardly gets company, especially of the male kind, she seems to be a natural at flirtatious banter and enticing those she does encounter.
  
  With limited access to many books or supplies, Taryn does what she can to make her own substances to write on and filches books that others have tossed out, sporting a fine collection of various genres in her home. Due to her habits, she has become quite intelligent even though she never attended proper school.
  
  With her lack of trust and inability to know who is an enemy, her allegiance lies with herself, doing things only that benefit herself. She wouldn't call herself selfish, but she's never had to watch out for anyone else, so she's been looking out for the only person she has: herself.
  
  In terms of her sexuality, though she is independent and dominant in normal aspects of life, she is more of a submissive role in relationships with men. Without a chance to explore this side of herself, she isn't fully aware of this, but she has a weakness for men who can challenge her. Like any woman, she wants to feel respected, however, and will refuse to give up her independence and pride to a man if he refuses her respect.
  
  She seeks thrill and excitement, as well as company. Being all by herself in the woods for so long is definitely not the worst fate in history, but it has its consequences. No matter how inconvenient it is, she thrives when getting attention, and tends to have somewhat of a temper that can get her into bad situations, if she's not careful.
  
  She is no fighter by any means, but can do what she must to keep herself alive. She is no peace-keeper either. She knows that violence is part of life and that total peace is stupidly idealistic. That being said, she knows her limits, and will avoid a fight if she can.
